This option is for students who:
Reside within the same state as the school
Do not require a student visa (Form I-20)
Do not require housing accommodations through the school
This option is for students who:
Reside outside of the state or outside the United States
Require a Form I-20 to obtain an F-1 student visa
Require housing accommodations through the school

After registering, you will receive a verification email. Please click the link to activate your account.
Log in to your account and create a New Student Application. Be sure to select the correct application type (Standard or Out-of-State), as an incorrect selection may delay processing.
The application portal will guide you through all required sections and document submissions.
All required materials must be submitted through the online application portal:
Academic Records
Unofficial Transcripts: Upload copies from the past 2–3 years
Official Transcript Evaluation:
All applicants—both English-speaking and non-English-speaking—must have official transcripts submitted directly to our approved evaluation partner for formal assessment.
Applicants whose transcripts are not in English are required to submit documents that have been both officially translated into English and evaluated by the approved evaluation service.

Instructions for submission are also provided within the online application portal. Transcript evaluations are typically completed within 3–5 business days.
Supporting Documents
One to two letters of recommendation from current or recent teachers or school administrators
Personal statement outlining academic goals, interests, and reasons for applying
Copy of passport
Health records
Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate proficiency by submitting results from the Duolingo English Test (DET).
Students must select Victory Christian Academy (NY) as a receiving institution within the Duolingo English Test platform
Scores must be sent directly through Duolingo to be considered official
Recommended minimum score: 105–115
Standard Application: $55 (non-refundable)
Out-of-State / International Application: $100 (non-refundable)
Applications will not be reviewed until all of the following have been received:
Unofficial transcripts uploaded
Official transcript evaluation completed
DET scores received directly from Duolingo (if applicable)
Submitting an application before all required materials are received may delay processing.
Qualified applicants may be invited to participate in an interview, either in person or virtually, as part of the admissions review process.
Once all required materials have been received and reviewed, applicants will be notified of their admissions decision via email.
Accepted students must confirm enrollment by submitting a signed enrollment agreement and deposit by the stated deadline.
Students requiring a visa must complete the following:
Submit a valid passport copy
Provide proof of financial support
Receive the school-issued Form I-20
Pay the SEVIS fee
Schedule and attend a visa interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate
All application materials must be submitted through the online portal
Transcript evaluation is required for all applicants
Transcripts not in English must be officially translated and evaluated
DET scores must be sent directly through Duolingo to be considered official
Students may be required to complete placement testing upon arrival
